Mr. Payne FUNG, President, Hornell Hall Alumni Association

 

Mr. Fung has more than 28 years of experience in the real estate and asset management industries. He is an industry veteran with extensive experience in Asia Pacific region, especially Greater China. Mr. Fung worked with different institutions, including domestic blue chip conglomerate and global financial institution. He played an instrumental role in the partnership with different profile of investors, including Southeast Asian family offices, Hong Kong publicly listed company and also one of the top Chinese university sponsored enterprise in the implementation of different private equity and asset management strategies. His expertise covers real estate investment, project development and financing, M&A, asset management and facility management etc. Mr. Fung received a B.Soc.Sc. degree from HKU and an MBA from HKUST.

Mr. C.P. LEUNG, CEO, In Express Expo Ltd

 

Mr. Leung is the CEO of In Express Expo Ltd, the founder company of ACGHK (香港動漫電玩節). Established since 1999, ACGHK is one of the largest public exhibitions in Hong Kong, and is amongst the most famous and important anime fairs in the world. Mr. Leung could be described as a media man who started his careers in TVB and later in ATV. He then joined a major publishing company in early 90’s as general manager with businesses in newspaper, magazines and comics. He formed the In Express Media/Expo group with his partners in the late 90’s, with businesses in advertising, books and magazines, and exhibitions, operating in Hong Kong, China mainland, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. Some of his main brands include ACGHK (香港動漫電玩節), Modern Home(摩登家庭), Sisters Beauty (姊妹美容), and TV Easy(宣傳易).

Mr. Derrick NGAN, CEO, WTM Co Ltd

 

Mr. Ngan is the co-chairman of Cyberport Startup Alumni Association. He is also a consultant on Government and Cyberport funding for game company startups. He is now CEO of WTM Co Ltd, a local game company. Mr. Ngan is an experienced game developer. His latest project plans to apply the Mahjong game for dementia healing. His vision is to leverage the fun of playing the Mahjong Brain Training game that will keep track on an elderly player’s brain healthiness continuously. The aim is to alert and reduce the chance of dementia for the elderlies; also resulting in improved social environment and family relations for the old aged players.
