Mr. Che Hang CHANG, eBeauty Holdings (Cayman) Limited

 

Mr. Chang, is the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of eBeauty Holdings (Cayman) Limited. Mr. Chang is primarily responsible for the overall strategic planning, business direction and management of the Group. He is also an executive director of Hangzhou UCO, which was founded in 2010, and serves as director or executive director in a number of subsidiaries. UCO is the largest beauty e-commerce enablement service provider by GMV (RMB 16B+ in 2020) facilitated in China. Today it serves more than 50 high-end beauty brands on Tmall, vipshop.com, jd.com, xiaohongshu and other social content channels, covering almost all international top tier beauty brand group such as Estee Lauder, LVMH, Shiseido, P&G, Unilever, Chanel etc. UCO is committed to help beauty brands succeed and empower the dream of beauty of consumers through e-commerce innovation. Mr. Chang has over 30 years of sales, marketing and general management experience in the information technology and internet industries. Prior to founding the Group in 2010, Mr. Chang served as the Vice President of Global Sales at Alibaba.com Limited. Before joining Alibaba.com in January 2008, Mr. Chang was an executive director and chief executive officer of Green Tomato Limited, a company specializing in mobile enterprise solutions. Prior to that, he was Managing Director, Asia Pacific at VeriSign (Nasdaq: VRSN) from 1999 to 2002 and General Manager at General Data Systems Co. Ltd., a joint venture of GEIS International Inc.. Mr. Chang received a bachelor's degree in computer studies from the University of Hong Kong and a master's degree in business administration (MBA) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong, in 1988 and 1996 respectively.

Mr. Helek C H YEUNG, Foresttek Networks Limited

 

Graduated from HKU with a BSc(Eng) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA degree, C H has held various sales and marketing positions in different international companies covering Asia and China areas.  He is currently director of an IT service company.  During his time in Hornell Hall Students' Association, he served as the Sports Secretary in 1985/86 and Chairman in 1986/87.  He was the Vice President and is currently director of the Hornell Hall Alumni Association.
